Harbinger Partners is seeking 2 Sr. PM’s with strong infrastructure backgrounds for a large healthcare client in Plymouth. Contract will start as a 6 month project, but there is high liklihood of extension through 2013. Very competitive hourly rate. Start date as early as July 9th. Infrastructure development and provisioning - Able to effectively educate Matrixed teams on their roles and responsibilities in the process. - Demonstrates expert knowledge of large company Infrastructure Managed Services. - Applies technology consumption reduction principles to all technology solutions and estimates ensuring that the solution will meet, but not exceed, performance and functional requirements. - Demonstrates expert capabilities in preparing and managing infrastructure project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, project objectives, project charters, Project risks, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, complex technology estimates and staffing without supervision. - Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope without supervision. - Consistently handles multiple, concurrent projects and deliverables without supervision. - Develops, documents and communicates 'reasonably aggressive' task plans to exceed customer expectations in 90+% of the time - Holds self and others accountable for results; ensures follow-through on commitments and obligations. - Gives clear assignments to project team. Keeps manager and project team informed. - Foresees and prevents most issues. Addresses unforeseen issues quickly and effectively. - Develops, documents, and communicates effective issue and risk remediation plans with minimal supervision. - Escalates issues to leadership with proficient judgment and in a timely manner. - Consistently completes financial, time tracking, status and project reporting updates on time. - Delivers 90% or better of all assigned projects against agreed to cost estimates and time frames per established metrics - Continually seeks ways to improve work quality. Applies quality tools and processes (e.g., Six Sigma) as appropriate.
