I run an events website/local news site. I am trying to use an api to pull events from an in the cloud source and have the events display on my website. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - using a live example of an events plugin with wordpress we need to make our new events module appear to be exactly the same. Basically we want to use the current design of kelownaconnect.com/events however display the api being used on /events-2 - Review business requirements working with other team members - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Produce a solid, detailed technical design - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision - Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use Your qualifications: - Programming language(s): PHP - Additional skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: PHP WordPress Keywords: Web Programming, PHP, WordPress
