C# Developer required on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract by my client a leading Broadcaster based in Milton Keynes. Objectives: To work on the development of products to grow and expand the Clients software. To apply design, coding standards, change and version control, documentation and testing standards as appropriate. Design for system development. Testing and deployment of new products. To work on code maintenance and upgrades to existing systems. Responsibilities: Own a subsystem or component within the project and be responsible for design, implementation, testing, documentation and knowledge sharing with others in the project team. Technical Experience (not all required): C#, .net framework ASP.NET MVC 3 TDD MOQ NHibernate NUNIT JQuery SQL Server Agile (scrum) Additional Experience: Experience in the following areas would be a distinct advantage: .Net 4 / 3.5 : demonstrable WCF and WPF experience Distributed systems Winforms Personal Experience: Team player, experienced in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including customer facing work, maintenance and support. Must be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
