Pentland pitstop is a new business which will first open next week as a car repair garage . We are currently in the process planning the opening of a snack bar/ cafe as part of the same business which should hopefully be up and running in 4 weeks or so . We are looking to employ 1 person with the required council legislated food hygiene / first aid certificate to work in the cafe with the assistance of the owner who has a level 2 food safety certificate .
