Review ONLY the two screen shots in the center page. Note: The fields will come from the CRM and must be integrated into the Content Manager as a drop-down box. I want to build a EPESI Module that allows the Administrator to create/edit/delete telemarketing scripts utilizing a Content Editor and merge drop down Fields (see screen shot #2), then assign scripts to employees already registered in the EPESI CRM. Second function is for Employees to login to their EPESI CRM account, select a Call/Script button (screen shot #1 will appear). The Employee will select from a script assigned by the admin and start calling using their (already programmed in EPESI) Skype account. The Employee will read from the merged screen (script) verbatim to a prospect in the database over Skype. And then after a call, update the Prospect record and then set a future Reminder, and then select the next prospect to call... (repeating the process).
