The content of work is as follows: * Advise the benefits and restriction of Republic of Seychelles registered company * Establish the new company with registered shareholders * Opening bank account (either in Republic of Seychelles or US/ European country) * Taking care for all registrations and certifications required during the process The quotation should be as follows: 1) fix price to take care of the 4 items above 2) Fees related to open the company as required by the government (will be paid directly by us) 3) Price per hour for extra efforts of required accounting from time to time.
