TEKsystems is currently seeking Help Desk Support Technicians for multiple contract opportunities with our client in the West Des Moines area. Selected candidates will be providing support to external customers on a proprietary software application. This client requires Technicians to go through an extensive training period. This position offers the opportunity for Technicians to learn multiple technologies including Active Directory, Cloud Technologies, SQL queries, and many others. There is the potential for candidates that excel to become full time employee. Standard working hours are between 7am-7pm with standard shifts being 8am-5pm. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of experience in a help desk capacity, blackberry support, Windows 7, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
