Customer Service Adviser
An experienced Financial Customer Service Advisor is required to join an established and professional team at their modern offices in Langley, Berkshire. Our client is the Finance arm of a leading Automotive company and due to internal movement they are looking to strengthen their team. This is a great career opportunity for a professional and hard-working candidate with an interest in and ideally experience of Finance, Customer Service and the automotive industry. As the Financial Customer Service Advisor you will assist with the co-ordination of new business as well as ensuring existing customers receive exceptional service at all times. Passionate about Customer Service, you will be actively contributing towards the achievement of service level agreements, problem solving, handling customer enquiries and processing new business applications. Duties will include: Processing Dealer finance cases Responding to enquiries or complaints Processing and validating agreement documentation Customer settlements and financial amendments Previous experience and requirements: Experience in Customer Services is essential The ability to remain calm under pressure The ability to proactively take ownership of the role You should be self motivated, methodical and well organised with a passion for pleasing customers, exceeding expectations and a natural ability to forge strong relationships. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, enjoy a challenge and be prepared to give a high level of commitment which in turn will lead to long term career development opportunities.
