The teachers within this school are very focused on building pupils skills and confidence and are therefore making good progress and are achieving well. The pupils have built strong relationships and are very loyal with extremely positive attitudes to learning. The approach the head teacher has taken is to focus not solely on results, but to try to connect with the pupil's and staff's personalities.
