Project Description: We are looking for a hands on Oracle Configurator Techno Functional resource that will help our implementation team to implement the Oracle Product Configurator Module. This position needs hands on experience implementing Configurator, several areas like Model Structure, Rules, UI, CX's etc. Duties and responsibilities include: - Working with clients business and also to understand the product offerings and document the rules. - Understand the design requirement, programming the system, unit testing the changes and working with IT & Engineering to ensure full system testing is complete and the implementation is successful. - Lead root cause analysis of production configuration issues and develop plans to resolve the issues. - Facilitate problem solving with business partners to propose a solution to issues and oversee the implementation of the solution. - Create system designs that meet the product configuration requirements of the global business. - Generate and maintain documentation for changes made to systems. Assist in the review of documentation created by team members to ensure it is understood, accurate and follows current documentation format. - Propose and implement new processes / changes to existing processes that help ensure the successful implementation of projects. - Manage project plans and coordinating tasks. Requirements: Good understanding of Oracle Configurator techno functional process. Hands on implementation experience Model Design and Development Experience in Oracle EBS 11.5.10 or greater release (R12.1 preferred) Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator and listener. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project. Desired Skills: Ability to Design and Code Configurator Extensions. Knowledge of the order to cash process. Understanding of the Oracle Configurator Schema. Understanding of implementation best practices. Performance Tuning of Configurator, OM and Pricing Modules.
