We are seeking consultants to participate in a 1-3 month project beginning in about 2-3 months. The project will involve onsite activities in Arizona and New Mexico to perform interviews for technology/business analyses. There is a strong possibility of follow-on work to implement the recommendations offered. The consultant(s) will perform an investigative feasibility of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as a consolidating software point for information technology systems within our organization. The concept is to empower the user which will improve productivity provided there is a standard "look and feel" and central point for their data that is used on a daily basis. In addition, the organization is looking to lower maintenance costs by conglomerating several platforms to one. The premise of the diagnostic and analysis phases are to investigate the viability and ease of use of seven (7) current and proposed software systems and to determine the conceptual solutions and feasibility of rebuilding the current and proposed systems or integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in the future.
