How it works: The document of risk prevention is composed of a series of tables: Workforce: job function, skills and organization work organizations provided Machinery and equipment used Technological systems Raw materials IPR Work Environment Waste and emissions Works necessary provisional Workflow notes Note Management systems adopted Risk Assessment Safety signs installed in the workplace Further action to be taken to prevent potential unwanted event occurs Actions can be taken to improve levels of safety and health at work adopted For each table, selecting a particular voice from a form, data must be called from a pre-set in a admin panel. These default data should be modified directly on the screen to that individual document. Example: Selected from a form the name of a job the system calls: knowledge short description of the job (text) number of workers for that job (number) Chef of the job (another record "job") With that job works (another record "job") References to documents for risk assessment of job related The document must be salvageable and exportable in PDF and DOC Format.
