I am currently searching someone to design and model a female as seen on the picture(check the attachment). The modeling and texturing has to be done in maya. The final model should not match the reference image 100% The are of great importance are ears, hair, neck shoulders and chest. Ear has to be modeled in great details and hair should be done exactly the same as on the reference image. Overall the final model should look as much real as possible.
