Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Analyst to undertake Business Analyst, Technical Analyst and low level Solution Designer responsibilities on a new innovative Video On Demand project. The initial contract will be for three months based in West London (with international travel anticipated) As the primary Project Analyst your responsibility at the outset of the project will be to gather business requirements for all areas of reporting and analytics relevant to the project. You will also use your strong understanding of how the usage/ service data can be gathered to conduct the business requirements capture exercises followed by the solution design. The successful candidate will be required to write low level requirements, (however you will not be required to implement the solution). Key responsibilities * Design and implement analysis solutions and data strategies in line with the business requirements. * Implement an analytics system capable of reporting across multi territories, multi devices and multi-language/ currency * Design and build a single customer data view showing the purchase journey to VOD consumption * Proficient in statistical modelling, segmentation, value analysis, as well as reporting for website, online advertising, social media, mobile, email campaigns and e-commerce activity * Understands quality of service (QOS) across video streaming and reporting on streaming behaviours - including Video player reporting Skills & Experience * Strong analytical skills * Experience of working with Business teams and Technology teams * Experience with integrating an analytics solution into VOD applications across Online, Connected TVs, Tablets, Mobiles and Games consoles * Content Delivery Networks (CDN) * Previous experience of online consumer retail projects * Experience with working with development teams and writing low level requirements * Familiarity with the following solutions is preferred: Radian6, Sysomos, Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst, Compete.com, comScore, Dow Jones' Factiva, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights In the first instance please forward your CV to Caroline.tancred @experis.co.uk, only suitable candidates will be contacted directly.
