Hi, We have a highly customised joomla with a custom community portal that has several web parts. We are also using a forms template for the creation of forms and haveseveral forms. We also have a page which displays the forms results into 4 different portlets depending on the type of form submitted. The vendor chosen must sign a non-disclosure agreement. Again this is a highly customised joomla which means the core of the joomla codes has been heavily modified and the bidder is to our setup and module. We will assist the vendor to setup the codebase and this may require some work in setting it up as again some things are hardcoded. The job scope requires the following - 1. To enhance the specific form to include 8 new fields and their layout. 2. To enhance the search module to include searching with these new fields (this is again a custom search to whcih code will be provided) 3. To default some values on the fields based on the organisation and department the user belongs to. 4. One such field above is a reference to other form elements that users can search and link to. 5. To allow user to forward the current form url to a user or a group of user (this group of users must be pulled out from the database) 6. To develop a statistics module that will generate some report based on the forms entry with some criteria definition that will generate the stats based on that) 7. To allow for the export of the statistics module (in csv) 8. To allow for the page which houses the portlets to show the forms elements based on the organisation or department. The department is one field in the form 9. to enhance the search so that if we are in department level, the search is restricted to the department form contents 10. The default mode - organisation or department shall be admin configured 11. To export the forms including the full contents of the form from the search page. Note the items listed above details the things to do, basically there are three main things - enhancements to the forms, the statistics module and the organisation / department view. These will have impact on each other, so a holistic view of the requirements should be understood before making the changes. you will need to sign an NDA before we can discuss furrther, we will need to know a brief costing for the above items. Need at least 2 to 3 people who are very proficient in PHP. Project is to be delivered in 2 to 2.5 weeks. Maximum 3.5 weeks (do not go to this). Person must be proficient in PHP. If job is not delivered after maximum time, we reserve the right to terminate the project with all expenses refunded so ensure you do have enough capable people to do the job please and ensure that the person assigned can and will work the extra hours if need be otherwise, we will hold the vendor responsible for non-delivery (we are stated this upfront). All codes must be delivered and updated t the end of the day locally and the daily schedule must be adhered to. Vendor is to notify our staff of the changes made and it must be deemed working on our local copy.
