I have an application running in Windows that writes a .txt file with one line of data each time the application changes the file. A current state log file. I need this file copied to a web server each time it changes. This update happens typically between every 3 seconds to 4 minutes. I need some script that "watches" for this file to be updated, then read the contents and upload the file via ftp. Ideally include some event logging ideally when the ftp transfer was not successful and report error by log and or by email if possible. Thanks
