Sr. Corporate Communications Administrator
IMMEDIATE 7+ month opportunity for Sr. Corporate Communications Administrator Due to an enterprise wide ERP implementation, an IMMEDIATE long-term opportunity exists for a Corporate Communications Administrator for our Pittsburgh, PA client: REQUIRED SKILLS: MS OFFICE including strengths in POWERPOINT MS PUBLISHER (for client newsletter) Strong and effective communication skills including oral, written, and verbal Strong teamwork / collaboration skills Ability to work independently Very strong organizational skills and ability to multi task Communications planning and execution RESPONSIBILITIES: * Communicate key messages from ERP program to the right people at the right time * Work with ERP Leadership, ERP Process Teams and Site Coordinators to determine which message to communicate * Support ERP Leadership and the Process teams in their delivery of information to the Business * Execute the Communication Plan to effectively disseminate messages * Plan and implement communications that promote user and stakeholder buy-in for the new application * Continually align key messages with changing business context * Collect and follow up on communication feedback coming from internal / external parties * Design the communications standards and deliverables * Assist in developing communication materials that build awareness and understanding of forthcoming process and technology changes across user and stakeholder groups * Manage the analysis of results of the Readiness Assessment surveys Degree/Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or related area preferred **** LOCAL CANDIDATES Highly Preferred **** **** In person interview required ****
