What is our site? A site in-the-works (currently in BETA) that allows independent people to upload their video content and involve themselves in a revenue-sharing-model based on commercials being shown through OpenX Advertising Platform. What is behind ChannelFix technically? Python/Django site running allowing users to upload their videos via an Adobe AIR Desktop Uploader. FFMPEG transcodes the videos into MP4, and we FTP them to AWS. Videos are served to Viewers via JWPlayer (but soon to launch our own player,) from AWS. What are we looking for? We currently have a LEAD developer who is working on this project but I need MORE momentum and 100% commitment/drive on this project. Ideally someone who can look at the site and appreciate the value we're trying to provide users. So I am looking for ONE massively talented back-end developer with an EXPERT handle on Python/Django. Ideally we want ONE BRILLIANT PERSON. DEDICATED to this project SOLELY with a commitment to greatness! But if you can convince me why your SMALL TEAM is better suited for this project, please let me know. My last request would be undying commitment to being on Skype as much as humanly possible.
