I looking for a someone who can program an application that can perform automatic searches of Pubmed using the NCBI Entrez Utilities Web Service API for a social networking project that I am conducting I need the program to be able to take names from a spread sheet, search Pubmed by name and date and then returns a list of of co-authors, paper names, publication date, and the journal name. I will need the output as a csv in a matrix that has the original author names for the row values, and the coauthors as column labels. Also I need the program to be able to count the number times a certain co-author appears with each name from the original spreadsheet.
