We are looking for healthy women aged 18-50, willing to take part in a two-week study which involves: -taking small food capsules (containing seaweed) daily for two weeks -recording diets over four days, twice -collecting urines (24 hours, x 3) -giving blood samples, twice -completing short questionnaires and getting measured.
