I need to have 20 business letters written. These letters will be between 1 and 3 paragraphs, for an average of around 150 words per letter (rough estimate). I will provide an outline/rough draft of the letter and am looking for someone to turn that rough version into a grammatically correct and reasonably written letter. The letters need to be clear, reasonably concise with a sales slant. The content of the letters are real-estate related, however they are not particularly technical. I will be able to provide any technical information directly within the letter outline - therefore you will not be required to research the letters. However, you must be able to write reasonably clearly. The audience is the general public - people who are buying or selling a property/home. The letters will be plain text. I am looking for the content that is traditionally right after the Dear Sir: part and right before the Sincerely, part. So, it is basically the guts of the letter. I will provide a rough version of the letter with the basic concepts and points that I would like made in the letter. So, what I am looking for is someone who can turn that into a good concise and clear letter that is pleasing to read. With that in mind, your qualifications should be the following: - Native of USA or Canada - I do not believe non-english speaker will work. I also do not believe that outside of USA or Canada will work either - too many small things that won't quite be right. - Some real-world understanding as to business correspondence - Some basic understanding as to real-estate within USA/Canada. If you have purchased a home, sold a home or have any first-hand experience with either, I think that would qualify you just fine. I have more letters than these first 20, so may select more than one bidder. Alternatively, if the bidder I select works out, I may offer them the opportunity to do additional batches of 20 letters.
