Reporting directly into the Company Director, the Graduate Sales Intern will be expected to start adding value from day one and will actively be generating new sales leads, cold calling potential clients, researching a variety of business sectors and also warm call lapsed clients. The Graduate Sales Intern will also register candidates, write job adverts, help with our social media activities (including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter), contribute to the company blog and monitor recruitment and business websites. If you show potential and a natural sales flair, you will swiftly move into a full recruitment role, placing jobs, meeting clients and candidates and attending visits and events. The Graduate Sales Intern will be an undergraduate; we are flexible on the degree, however someone studying Marketing, Digital Media, Business Studies or Psychology may enjoy this role more. You will be personable but professional, tenacious, have a true consultative sales approach and put pride into matching the right jobs with the right applicants. The Graduate Sales Intern will be hard working, enjoy sales, not be afraid of cold calling and also be able to turn their hand to digital marketing, social media and copywriting.
