A 12 month contract has arisen for a Human Resources specialist to co-ordinate training activities as part of a vital company tender. This will involve sourcing and co-ordinating external / third party training providers and setting up a project-wide training matrix. You will need an open mind to develop strategies and tactics to support the planned growth and market positioning of the company whilst ensuring SLA's are met. Experience of sourcing and negotiating with third party training providers would be valuable so please ensure it is clear in your application whether you have this type of experience.
