We have an online HTML form that currently emails the results of the form to multiple emails. We need to expand the functionality so that workers in the field can fill out the form offline and have the results of the form be saved until the users gets online the next time....at this point the results would be mailed out. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood". Also write your steps and suggestions to complete the project with a short description of what you understood.
