Technical Developer - HP Service Manager Milwaukee, WI Technical Developer – HP Service Manager Requirement Position: Technical Developer – HP Service Manager Experience Level: 3+ Years Location: Milwaukee, WI Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 Months Type of Hire: Contract Rate: Open Job Description Our client is looking for a HP Service manager technical developer needed to develop and implement SM changes on SM 7.11 Environment: HPSM Development on version 7.11 in an UNIX environment on UDB database Desired Skills Solid experience with the tailoring tools including forms designer, format control, link records, document engine, display options, etc. Would be primarily involved in the re-implementation of the problem management module, so familiarity with the Problem Control, Error Control phased workflows is required. Implementation experience and experience with the problem module in 7.11 Minimum 3 years of full-time development experience with HP SERVICE MANAGER 7 or HP SERVICECENTER 6. Experience with the following development tools: o Forms Designer o Format Control o Link records o Display Options o Document Engine o Scripts Experience with Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration modules within HPSM or HPSC Nice to have - CMDB experience.
