Duties: The team is responsible for the backend systems, managing the billing, licensing and subscriptions for all products. These systems support more than 50M existing customers and consist of both web services, as well as rich web sites for consumer interaction. We bridge the gap between our product offerings and our distribution channels, partners, and ecommerce systems. Looking for a program manager who will be responsible for: Creating and owning master schedule, optimizing for project specific priorities. Driving and monitoring multiple backend components. Developing project plans and driving project milestones while employing project management methodologies and tools. Closely working and aligning with the core team members and technical leads to facilitate the identified solution(s). Coordinating with multiple extended teams across various organizations to provide support during all project phases. Communicating project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. Identifying and coordinating resources and key stakeholders for each project. Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Developing, executing and managing all communication plans. Contributing fully as a team member, resolving conflicts, building appropriate alliances and networks and helping others. Escalating issues and reporting on resolution progress. Proactively managing project risks. Skills: 5+ years of overall industry experience with 3+ years experience in Program/Project Management. Experience in launching or deploying products within a high tech environment. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams. Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of project/product life cycle and experience leading at least 1 full release cycle of commercial software product. Strong project estimation, organization, scheduling and planning skills. Working knowledge of a variety of project management tools. Ability to motivate and influence internal and external project team members to establish team cohesion. Good presentation skills. Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio. Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably BSCS or similar); PMI, CSM or similar certifications or experience preferred.
