Computer Futures client based in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Siebel Business Analyst to join an existing team. The role will include Solutions assessment and requirement gathering, first level Siebel design recommendations and the production of various solution documentation. •You will have minimum 5 years experience in related Siebel Business and/ systems Analysis. •Specialist knowledge of components within CRM applications such as Oracle/ Siebel •Experience in creation of Use Case modelling utilising UML. You will be required to conduct pre-sales assessment and proposed solution activities with prospective clients, assist in the provision of estimates based on understanding of business requirement, solutions design and system capabilities.
