Graduate Telesales / Sales Executive Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales? Our client is recruiting for bright and ambitious graduates for their London telesales team. Our client is Europe`s largest online marketing and reservations service for the restaurant industry. They help restaurants fill their tables by delivering customers through a free online booking service and network of high-profile partner websites. Position: Telesales Executive Location: London Salary: £8 per hour plus 10% of all sales made (uncapped commissions) Duration: 3 month contract - ideally starting 1st July 2012 ROLE: The Telesales Executive will be responsible for converting existing leads and introducing new restaurants to our clients` listings. You will focus on explaining the key benefits of our listings service to existing customers enabling them to enhance their profile. A full induction will be given to new joiners which includes thorough product training. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Exceed restaurant recruitment targets. b) Ensure that listings are included on relevant sites within one week of making the sale. c) Proactively identify new lead sources and feed to marketing d) Explain pricing options, helping our customers to select the most suitable package e) Supply the required documentation and listing to listing co-ordinator f) Collect and collate feedback from restaurants and work with colleagues to improve our services g) Be an active contributor to improve our clients` sales strategy and the company in general h) Use our internal customer management system effectively i) Work with the telesales manager to continually monitor and improve on sales performance and participate in team sales projects ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE a) Educated to degree level or equivalent b) Fully computer literate c) Fluent in written English d) An understanding of working with people of different nationalities and cultures e) An understanding of the restaurant industry, at any level If you`re looking for that first step into a sales role, this could be the opportunity for you.
