Technical Support Engineer - Windows Server 2008 , XP/7 , MAC , Office 2010 , Active Directory , Software , Hardware My client, a rapidly expanding educational IT support company, has an urgent requirement for a Technical Support Engineer to be based onsite in East London. The Technical Support Engineer will be providing 1st to 3rd line support on Windows XP/7 and Office 2010 in a Windows Server 2008 environment. The Technical Support Engineer will be supporting MAC so commercial experience would be beneficial. The Technical Support Engineer will be performing hardware and software installations and configurations, as well as some ghost imaging. The successful Technical Support Engineer will have experience with Active Directory user administration. If the Technical Support Engineer has worked in the education sector before then this would be a bonus, as would your own transport, and a recent CRB check.
