1st Line Support - IT Helpdesk
IT Helpdesk Analyst - 1st Line Support Location - Maidenhead Rate - £11-£14 per hour A world class , pharmaceutical company currently have a need to hire a talented Helpdesk Analyst to provide first line support to IT Customers , including fixing both hardware, software, communication , networking and AV faults. You will join a busy team supporting approximately 1000 users , so you will ensure all calls are logged and that accurate details are recorded and resolved where possible. IT Helpdesk Analyst skills and experience required : - Proven Helpdesk experience in a busy environment supporting large customer base - Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System - Knowledge of Dell Hardware - Knowledge of Lotus Note (desirable only as migrating to Outlook soon) - Knowledge of iSeries not mandatory , but could be useful in the future , so if you are interested and have knowledge of this then do let me know .
