The main duties of the role will include: � To be responsible for providing UK & International Quotations as requested by existing and potential customers, from information received via facsimiles, drawings and Bills of Quantities, to follow-up and track these enquiries through to order stage. � To offer quotation support and customer follow up � Deliver excellent project management and current activity list � Deliver expertise in installation and product knowledge � Competent in CAD systems creating images and reading off files � Be confident in telephone skills and insure an attention to detail in all written correspondence � To provide cover, support and assistance to the 2 Sales order processors on a daily basis in delivery UK & International Sales Orders. � To resolve or facilitate the resolution of customer queries relating to the technical aspect of products � To work closely with the Technical Manager / Sales Office Team Leader to resolve installation queries and keep updated of progress � To provide regular updates to sales force in regard to project stages The ideal candidate will possess the following experience: � Previous experience and full competence of AutoCAD � Experience in Estimating and Quotation building � Up to date Knowledge of Construction industry � Digital print knowledge � Experience of managing supply chain and customer expectation � Follow project through all stages until final QC and after sales follow up � Competent in windows packages and good telephone manner � Sales Order Processing would be preferable and Language skills but not essential. � PC Literate: � Good organiser in activities � Contract management system, � Preferably have experience in JD Edwards One World E.R.P. system.
