Head of Ecommerce - Based in London and Yorkshire My client is a leading retail financial services company. The successful Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for the development of the global ecommerce platform. It is initially a 6 month contract with a possible extension. The role itself involves identifying and launching effective online transactional sites in new countries. You will be responsible for developing and managing localised online marketing strategies and applying best practice business processes to support online trading. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in successful stakeholder management Strong leadership skills. Experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and global in scope Technical background Website design experience Experience of a known E-Commerce platform Experience of retail website trading, content and user experience Exceptional communication skills and commercial awareness Day rates in the region of £800 to £950 for an immediate start!
