Revenue Analyst - 6 Month FTC - Central London - £45,000 - 6 months FTC to Perm Revenue Analyst - 6 Month FTC - Our international client is a leading player in the IT/Software sector and currently seeks a well-rounded and highly-motivated Financial/Revenue Analyst to support the sales finance function, focusing on providing shared service support to the regional finance business partners and finance directors mainly focusing on revenue analysis, forecasting and modelling. The role will focus primarily on revenue related duties, processes and high-level analytics to enable the sales teams to forecast and develop annual budgets. Your tasks may include one or many of the following: •Financial modeling of revenue for one or more business areas with world-wide coverage. Advanced modeling with complex scenarios, sensitivity analysis and reporting out of results •Help develop & improve tools and templates to support the weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecast process which may include consolidating forecasts and reporting out to senior management •Consolidating and updating monthly and quarterly financial presentations for finance business partners and finance directors •Preparing and updating weekly/monthly revenue and channel inventory reports for distribution to finance business partners and senior management •Supporting annual budgeting process for revenue which may include collaborating with other Financial Analysts and financial business partners to complete the various corporate submissions •Working with SAP, Business Objects and BPC to enter forecast updates and trouble shoot or reconcile reporting issues. •Creating ad hoc reports as required •Provide day to day support on revenue issues •Leverage worldwide best practices, help identify & implement new processes & systems to increase productivity in the EMEA sales finance organisation •Support delivery of reporting and analysis to regional sales teams •Work with the finance business partners and business groups to perform various high level analysis on revenue as required Candidate criteria: •Expert excel and Access skills up to macro development to create and maintain complex financial models •Finance education/BA Degree •Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Financial Analyst role within a finance department or relevant reporting/process experience •English fluent, another European language is an advantage •Advanced level in SAP, Business Objects, PowerPoint •Experience with reporting tools •Analytical mind, accuracy and attention to detail a must First class package on offer for the successful candidate.
