We are currently recruiting for Part-time Submission Officer,s to work twenty hours per week (Monday – Friday 9 am – 1 pm). As a submission officer you will be both customer focused, and sales driven, and will process strong administration skills. As you will be required to enter data, attention to detail and accuracy are a must! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Processing applications and data entry • Collection and scrutiny of passports form the Application Centre Handover of Passports to the High commission and/or its Consulates. • Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants • Handling of postal applications • Tracking of passports • Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone • Fee collection and cash handling • Preparing reports for day to day transactions • General administration duties *Ability to speak Greek or other languages an advantage PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages • A good attention to accuracy and detail • A pro active can-do attitude • Flexible / ready and willing to work in shifts • Ability to speak one or more additional languages in particular, the ability to speak Greek is an advantage.
