Desktop Support Technician
JOB SUMMARY Currently our client has approximately 4500 user accounts and 4000 desktops reporting in the local Active Directory that will need to be migrated. Also, an additional 2000 user accounts will need to be created to ensure every employee has a login ID in the clients domain. Of these 6500 users who will have an account, only 2500 of them have electronic mail accounts so an additional 4000 Outlook accounts will need to be created in Exchange. REQUIRED SKILLS: Physically on site in the recently migrated department the next morning to walk the floor answering any questions or resolving any problems. These technicians will have Spectra link phones (provided by the client) in which the dedicated help desk personnel will have an open channel of communication to immediately contact them for dispatch.
