Sr. Organizational Change Management Specialist
This Sr. Organizational Change Management Specialist position with a Kforce New Haven, Connecticut client will provide change management expertise to formulate strategy and support complex communications, training, and department readiness activities for Information Technology initiatives. The selected Sr. Organizational Change Management Specialist will perform stakeholder identification, user impact analysis, and detailed communications as well as training and department readiness plans for the projects over which Information Technologies has responsibility. These projects will have enterprise-wide impact. The selected Sr. Organizational Change Management Specialist candidate will understand needs and the impacts of projects as well as the ability to coordinate resources to deliver effective communication, training, organizational design and user support plans for all Information Technology initiatives. Qualifications of the Senior-level Organizational Change Management Specialist Include: A Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of diverse higher education, business, and change management experience involving technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience analyzing and interpreting verbal and written communications and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations Must be capable of coordinating efforts and collaborating with a variety of individuals having conflicting agendas This position requires strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to work with senior administration, faculty, staff, and students with demonstrated experience in all of the following capabilities: communications, writing, readiness planning, training and training logistics Must be able to execute tasks and manage in an ambiguous environment
