Product Manager- Theatre
Our client, located in Falls Church, Virginia, is seeking a Product Manager to perform the following duties: Provide project management support to the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) with the implementation of the AHLTA electronic health record software development projects. Project management support activities include planning, monitoring, and controlling the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of software upgrades to AHLTA, the DoD electronic health record Monitor contract performance, cost and schedule by attending and/or facilitating weekly meetings Identify risks and/or time constraints and develop solutions Gather information to provide to the COR and Sustainment team Conduct research and communicate with Program Offices, stakeholders, and various members of the team to gather information to complete internal and external informational taskers Produce numerous reports on a routine basis to different leadership levels within client structure, including the AHLTA Quad Chart, monthly and quarterly IPRs, Critical System Updates, Project Status Reports, and Weekly Information Papers Monitor, review and recommend approval on contract deliverables received Once reviewed, make recommendation to COR as to whether the deliverable is accurate and acceptable. If deliverable is unacceptable or incomplete, return to vendor with information as to why it was rejected Ensure deliverable is re-accomplished and reviewed again to ensure its accuracy before being approved as a final document Work closely with engineers, information assurance, configuration management and release management to monitor the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of AHLTA's Clinical Data Repository (CDR) to include space utilization, security patches, upgrades, hardware, and performance Product Description: TMDI key capabilities Move Theater data to the CDR Degree Required (Bachelors, etc.): Bachelor's degree PMP suggested, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project. Ability to learn/utilize OpsTools Ability to learn/utilize Serena Business Mashups Number of Years of Experience Required: 3+ Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
