We make apps for the Apple App Store and educational websites that do various things from offering free tutorials to offering tutoring to students in need of help. NO FOREIGN OUTSOURCING--sorry for the obnoxious all caps but ...I have been on elance for some time now ;) - Demonstrable experience using quickbooks online (how to important and manage paypal data etc..) This job posting has two objectives: Objective #1) Help me learn quickbooks online and also file quarter 2 reports. I just started using quickbooksonline this week, and I need some help with this transition. I love the program and understand the basic idea (how to import data and how to categorize expenses/income), but I need someone to help guide me a bit to get started with with this online bookkeeping software and, as my accountant, look over my shoulder and make sure that my books are in good order. I am looking for a company to help me prepare quarterly statements, file payroll (pretty basic since it just comes to me), issue any 1099's and do end of the year returns. Objective #2) Find a long term accountant who can file quarterly reports and end of year taxes for my S-corp. Your bid should not reflect objective #2...I just want to let you know that I am looking for a long term accountant to help teach me quickbooks, help me learn how to do as much of the bookeeping as possible and look over my shoulder to ensure that everything is in order.
