Online marketing company Looking for 1 or two types 1) If someone is based in Singapore then i am looking for someone that can be a personal virtual assistant to assist both virtual and Singapore based roles. I would want to meet once every 2-3 weeks. 2) If it is not an individual based in Singapore but is a firm overseas, they can be a true virtual assistant. In this case they should have a system to back up so if the individual assigned to me is out of the office, they can still manage my requirements. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Develop and maintain contact lists, agendas, meeting scheduling, routine communication and coordinate other business support activities - Prepare files and maintain file storage and file retrieval systems - Travel planning and coordination including reservations, itinerary planning, etc. - Email management, scheduling and calendaring - Perform additional tasks as they arise Your qualifications: - Experience in managing and organizing documents and schedules - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Admin Assistant Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Research Travel Planning Keywords: Other - Administrative Support
