At least 6+ years of hands on working experience in PA/OM, Global Employment Management, Concurrent Employment, HR Forms and Processes. Should have worked on at least one full cycle implementation in HR Modules. Experience in HR Conversations, M&A would be more preferred. Should have worked on multi country roll outs (preferably Canada country experience). Should be able to understand clients' system and accordingly design the new changes. Should have thorough knowledge in PA, OM and HR Forms and Processes. Should have hands on experience in HR Config . And should be able to do any config in PA/OM and Global Employment Management Modules comfortably. Should be able to debug the code and analyze the production issues and propose the solution accordingly to the client. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills .
