Our client, a leading Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing company are currently recruiting for an experienced PMO Lead for a 5 month contract based in London. Role: * Take responsibility for PMO management in the LR Windows 7 and Exchange 2010 upgrade programme, supporting the Programme Manager and stream leads as required * Manage the programme plan and provide direction for the daily detailed technical plans and weekly transition planning tasks as directed by the Programme Manager including plan maintenance and reporting * Manage the programme changes including coordinating change responses, change costs and change log * Assist the Lead Architect with managing technical change requests including technical change logs and timings to fit detailed technical plans * Assist the Programme Manager with responding to client queries and requests for planning information * Run the daily calls for progress and plan updates; document minutes * Maintain and update risks, issues and change management logs with stream leads * Maintain a log of programme deliverables including when they are to be delivered and the responsible stream owner * Assist with production of daily, monthly and weekly governance reports for LR reporting cycles; prepare PSG slide packs and write POB minutes * Ensure repository is administered and provide administrative support e.g. holiday log, repository management etc Technical Skills required: * Office 2010 and Outlook 2010 * Microsoft Project 2007 or higher * Visio 2007 or higher Suitable candidates should submit the CV in the first instance.
