Duties and Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist: Prepare customer invoices Coordinate and process all billing approvals and consolidations to achieve maximum accuracy and efficiency Manage Customer database Identify and resolve billing issues and problems Prepare reconciliations and reports Support accounting team as needed Requirements: Requirements of the Billing Specialist: Must have direct working experience with Billing/Accounts Receivable Must have 2-3 Accounts receivable work experience Must be Fluent with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot tables.
