Education and Experience * 4 year Degree in Business or Computer Science, or 2 year technical degree with relevant experience * 5 +years of hands on programming experience with RPG languages * 5+ years experience in IS systems development including project coordination, analysis, design, and programming * 5 +years with relational databases (Oracle, RDBMS, DB2/400 and JAVA) * 5 + years of experience leading the development and implementation of large application enhancements. * 5+ years experience in the role of production support and trouble shooting production issues. * 5+ years of experience developing and executing detailed system testing plans
