We are a full service ad agency and have been using a 3rd party to host our websites for the last several years. As an agency we manage over 30+ website accounts. We need to move 15 websites from our current providers server, into our godaddy account. We will need the hosting accounts set up, site files/databases copied and moved to the new hosting server within godaddy and coordinating emails set up/moved. Our concerns are, finding a vendor that can: -facilitate moving email to ensure no data is lost -communicate well with our staff (US provider, or easy to understand/fluent english preferred) -ensure successful site move with no breach of security -careful to ensure all links remain intact -available for any troubeshooting -familiar with mysql databases, ability to set up/move Please be sure to estimate timeframe and cost. They are slow to respond to our needs, and our websites and emails are down frequently.
