Overview: We require a simple application for video chat using Tokbox for PC and iPhone, between a doctor and patient (point to point) who share a common password for the video chat session. The UI consists of only two windows. The first window allows for entry of a passkey or to generate a new passkey. ONLY the Doctor's version allows for generating a new passkey. The patient's version allows only for entry of an existing passkey. The second window is the actual video window. It allows for mute, disconnect and reconnect functions. There are no registration screens, usernames, member lists, text chat, file sharing, note taking or other functions commonly found on chat programs. Typical Use Case: A patient will call the doctor's office and request an appointment. The doctor's staff will open the program press "generate passkey" and verbally provide the patient with the unique passkey and an appointment time. At the designated time, the doctor and patient enter the patient's unique passkey on their respective devices to begin the video chat session. Password remains valid for 30 days unless reset by our System Admin. There may be many different doctor's offices using the program with their unique patients. Admin Module: Requires Admin module for monitoring usage by different doctors and resetting passkeys. Also requires PayPal payment portal for doctors to purchase minutes.
