Job Description: * Analyze, design, develop and implement common and new employee training program curriculum and related materials. * Identify and analyze training needs to ensure staff competence and improve performance. * Support functional groups in maintaining training program curriculum and related materials current and aligned with company and industry standards. * Develop and deliver training courses as required. * Support SMEs in development and delivery of training courses. * Facilitate collection and sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and operating experience to the nuclear training community.
