Admin Assistant
Functions: * Prepare POs and maintain open PO report information * Prepare quarterly department budget reports and manage the monthly budget * Prepare monthly warranty reports and warranty data information searches * Support travel arrangements * Coordinate facilities and displays for promotion activities The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * Minimum of an Associate's Degree * Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional business environment * Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products (including Outlook and Access) * Knowledge of Lotus Notes * Excellent organization and time management skills * Excellent communication skills
