Drive design thinking and be a thought leader in creating good end-to-end experiences. Be a user advocate and lead UX discussions with the stakeholders on topics including visual design, interaction design, information architecture and user research. Drive design thinking and champion the UX vision across the organization. Facilitate project teams through the design process, gathering actionable feedback and iterating the appropriate level of changes. Assess data from multiple sources, synthesize it, and develop strategies for your projects. Collaborate with other designers, analysts, developers, managers, and business stakeholders to prioritize UX activities throughout the software development life-cycle and deliver high quality experiences in time. Collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve a common look and feel across sites/applications and incorporate the corporate branding strategy into designs. Understand and incorporate technical, business and user requirements into designs. Create innovative and appealing designs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, through sketches, storyboards, user task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and the production of final assets for specific features and projects. Define innovative user interfaces and interaction styles which result in improved user productivity SKILLS REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience in applied UX design 3+ years user experience web design work A portfolio of successfully delivered projects that demonstrate design expertise SKILLS PREFERRED: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint, Expressions, Expression Blend and Silverlight. Experience with applied UX design for mobile devices (smartphones; tablets) Strong communication and presentation skills necessary to effectively present, explain, negotiate, and monitor design solutions Strong project management skills to be able to manage portfolio of work, identify project needs, priorities and schedules.
