Hi I need to hire a programmer to do a job I don't have the time to finish. I'm a programmer myself so I have defined this project well. There shouldn't be many surprises for you. The database schema is attached. The website is in one language. It is supposed to be developed in C#, MVC3 (unless you convince otherwise). During programming you either need to deploy it on a development server for me to see or send me the application so I can run it to see if it is correct. All text should be hard-coded into the application so I can translate it to my language before deploying. The code will be mine. It is a web site with a inner web that a single user can log into. No CMS required, it is just a web application. The Website: A banner with a text and 3 rotating images that are easy to change. Under that a navigation bar with three links to another sites in the application. All the sites should have the same template as 'Home', plus the Login button (looks like all the other navigation links. The content are ('Home') should have a small area on the left site and a bigger one covering the rest of the area. The content areas have text and images. I can put it in myself. Below is a footer with a text. The banner and the footer are supposed to be the same both when users are logged in and not. The inner web: I need only one username/password so it can be hard-coded in the source. However, after the project is finished I'm supposed to get the solution and update the password myself, before I deploy it on a production server. When a user presses the Login button a login form appears. No remember me or forgot password required, just username and password fields. I need a form where the user can upload a file into the table MeasurementInformation and MeasurementAttachments. The file need to be parsed and the values of it stored in the table Measurements (see attachment). The form needs validations, such as the dropdownlist for company locations is only visible after the company has been selected etc. since the locations depend on the company selected. The measurementIndex needs to be unique in the database for the company and the company location so that needs a validation as well. CompanyLocations. An overview of companies needs to be built. There you can click on a company to edit it. You can also click on a company location to edit it. There is also a button to add new company and another one to add location. The edit forms will become visible inside the form when the relevant buttons are clicked. The design of the overview is not attached but I can provide one. It requires some jQuery work. It basically lists all companies, under that are the locations of the companies. On the right on the company row is an edit field where users can edit the company. On the right of the company's location is an edit field where user can edit the location. This can also be an inline editing. No delete is necessary since I can do it directly in the database. At last the inner web has a site where measurements can be compared to each other,so it requires a histogram. The values of the histogram are derived from what the user check in the different filter (three kind of filter). There are two types of calculations available, basic sum of values and a formula, that is ready. I did a test application that does exactly that. I will send prospects link to that site.
