The System Administrator will be working with a team supporting Exchange, OCS, Active Directory, File, and Print services. The primary area of responsibility is performing daily administration tasks, responding to requests, reviewing of logs, and troubleshooting for Exchange 2007, OCS, and participating on a project to upgrade from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010. Minimum requirements are 4 years experience providing system administration support for Exchange 2007, OCS, and Active Directory on Windows 2003 and 2008 environment is required. This person must be able to work independently and with a team; follow procedures; possess strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to determine root cause; good communication, customer service, and time management skills; and be open to a flexible working schedule as work will require working days, with occasional evenings and weekends. System Administrator Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007, OCS, Active Directory 2003 and 2008 Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010 and/or migration from Migration Exchange 2007 to Microsoft Exchange 2010 preferred Experience with PowerShell, File and Print services preferred Exposure to network connectivity, DHCP/DNS/SNTP/WINS, TCP/IP and OSI protocol stacks
